Author Issa Baluch is Founder and Chairman
of the Swift Group (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and Past
President of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders'
Associations (FIATA). Drawing on his experience as a freight
forwarder, entrepreneur, and president of FIATA, Mr. Baluch
